Orders within the US

US orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days.

Due to complications with COVID-19, please allow an additional 10 business days for US orders to be delivered.

International Orders

Currently we ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Worldwide, with a few exceptions.

International orders are processed and shipped within 7-21 business days.

Due to complications with COVID-19, please allow an additional 15 business days for international orders to be delivered.

International orders may experience an increased delay as some regions are currently in lockdown and USPS is reporting that this is impacting their deliveries to and from the affected regions and countries. In some cases, couriers have cancelled collection, storage, and deliveries entirely.

Please refer to the USPS site for a detailed list of countries affected by COVID-19 restrictions.

You are liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after, delivery.

Every(body) is a Gem. does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.

Unfortunately, we can’t tell you what the cost will be as these charges vary and packages going through customs are randomly selected.

- Visit our returns center under the ABOUT section of our site

- Enter your order number and email address to start

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

- Download and print the returns label (free!)

- Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label to the original packaging.

- Take it to an authorized drop-off location (your local post office) and ship.

- You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued.

All payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
